Ordering is done online via the website by selecting the desired products and following the specified ordering process.

3. Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed in the local currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment is made online at the time of ordering through secure payment methods accepted by Intercom IT GmbH.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are provided during the ordering process. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer during the order. Intercom IT GmbH is not liable for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

5. Withdrawal and Returns

The customer has a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from receiving the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without needing to provide reasons or pay penalties, except for return costs.

Products must be returned in their original condition, complete with all accessories. Return costs are borne by the customer.

6. Warranty

Intercom IT GmbH guarantees that the products are as described and free from hidden defects. The warranty is limited to the period indicated on the product sheet and covers the repair or replacement of defective products, subject to warranty conditions.
